I need a co-signer to buy a 20000-25000 dollars car,im offering 1000 or 1500 dollars?

i really need a co-signer to buy a car,i already tried my dad to co sign for me, but since he is retired and still have a house mortage,,the bank will only let me borrow 7500, i have a very low credit score,,,im offering 1000 or 1500 dollars for anyone just to sign for me,,,ive been working for 2 years and 9 months.this is very serious...i need help..
