Pregnancy after Tubal Ligation?

Sounds like hormone irregularity. Menopause typically comes earlier when you have had a tubal ligation. So while I don't think this is menopause, I think your hormones have become erratic and your ovaries aren't producing fertile eggs every month. The really light periods you had probably had that cause. I bet you'll get your period again in a few weeks.
