16 year old loads of symptoms of anxiety but afraid it might be somthing else?

i have been burping more often and have chest pains on my left side at the bottom so much it kinda feels like my stomach but is around my heart.i fell ill one time and had major heart palpitations and feeling weak and i could not do anything. i got better but then started having jaw pain and both arm pains for no reason which included burping anf farting alot. im only 16 could this be anxiety or somthing teenage.
