Is the dog whisperer destroying the National Geographic channel?

National Geographic use to be a good educational channel, until that Cesar guy showed up claiming he talks to dogs, and he is on it 24hrs, all the other programms went out of the door! that is why nobody watches this channel anymore, they moved it out of the basic and standard package into the digital cable!
