Middle eastern Arabic dialects?

Does every Arab country have its own dialect. . I know that the Moroccan and Algerian dialects are not understood in the middle east but are all the dialects mutually intelligible in the middle east. e.g can a Yemeni understand an Iraqi or a Saudi talk to an Egyptian.
