What can I do?

I've written on this cite many times about a solution to a problem about my job suspending me and not telling what i did. Well after 4 weeks, they called me in the office with my accuser. He did not say anything about the ual harrment I had heard around the job. My bosses did not say much in the meeting except that they hope me and this guy can work around each other. They also seem concern about this getting to corporate. Now understand my bosses donot like me. They have been torturing me every sence I put in a ual harrment report against a nurse that I later found out was buddies with my boss. My bosses slander my name and made me look like some desperate slut. Now I belive they just want sweep everything under the rug. The people at my job are acting no different towards me.People told me what they heard. I was remove off schedule for 4 weeks and laugh at when I would call to find out what I did.
