Where can I find a garbage dump in Jersey City?

My parents are packrats and I'm trying to clean the junk out from their home. I can't put the stuff outside in the trash can or they'll stoke out. I need to transport the stuff sort of secretly to a dump in or near Jersey City, but I can't find one. Anyone know?
