Womens & MDs: Amenorrhea b4 40yrs w/no obv reason? Not really complaining, but..?

Got blood work done, but hormones not levels of menopause. No other apparent factors [based on imaging & exam] 4cause ie cancer, pregnancy.. Still have ovulations sometimes. Unusual causesany1 know abt?
