Attn Chefs: Round tip roast - how to cook?

Should I risk drying it out - will it be a roast beef, or will it be better as a pot roast in the crock pot all day? It was 1.99 lb so I risked buying it but never prepared this cut before. Should I grind it into hamburger or is it too good for that?
