Could this be Baby eczema?

I have a 2 month old and I thought the same thing but it turned out is was eczema. The pediatrician switched her formula to Alimentum and it has helped a lot! Her face cleared up in less than a week and she wasn't as miserable. She also told us to use Cetaphil lotion which is great for soothing their skin. Good luck :)
