Depressing movie where this guy works for a crack dealer?

there was this movie i saw, and throughout it they were snorting crack, one of the main characters reminded me of mickey rourke, he had a drug lab of some sort, wore a kind of cowboy getup and ended up killing himself in a trailer full of propane/gasoline tanks. it was a pretty depressing movie, anyone know the name of what im thinking of?
