I need serious guy help im so confused?

He seems to be very insecure. He can't make a decision. You need to talk to him and get an answer out of him. He seems to be confused on what to do. Maybe if you talk to him, you guys can figure out things. You have to make sure that he is not just using you. He might really like you, but he could be scared on what others think. Sit him down and get the truth, thats all you can really do. I hope this helps. :)
